Do you want to study at home, library or work for your GED? If the answer is YES, you may qualify for the GED-i. The GED-i allows the student to study for the GED test at a distance. It is an online systems designed for students whose schedules prevent them from attending a regular class. If you are interested in the GED-i, please read the guidelines and complete the form below. Guidelines for Online Instruction
- Student will score at or above the 9th grade level in reading and math as determined by the Test of Adult Education (TABE) test.
- Student will attend an initial meeting by appointment for registration, interview,and testing.
- A meeting may be scheduled by request of the teacher to establish short-term and long-term goals for completion of the GED-i Online instruction.
- Student will e-mail the instructor a minimum of once a week to advise progress and receive tutoring as needed.
- One-on-one in person meetings may be necessary periodically to complete the program (post testing, lesson review, goal setting, Constitution Class, etc.)
